There are three words in the English language that end in "gry." One word is "angry" and another is "hungry." Everyone knows what the third word means, and everyone uses it every day. So tell me, what is the third word?

Some contend that this puzzle has no answer, but in point of fact it has two.

If the question is asked out loud, then the answer is "language." Think of it this way, what is the third word in "the English language that end in 'gry.'" The answer is the third word of the phrase, or "language."

If the question is, more straightforwardly, asked in print, then the answer is the only English-language word that people use every day that ends in "gry" and isn't "angry" or "hungry." It's "buggry."
