It has been reported in Premiere magazine that a new film is in the works that will depict the sex life of Jesus Christ in shocking detail from the point of view that our Lord and Savior is a homosexual! The movie is called The Passion in the Christ and is going to be released later this year, just in time for Christmas! Please send this to ALL of your friends and have them sign petitions to stop this movie from coming out. There is already a movement in Europe to ban this film, and we can stop it from coming to our country too! Please do not delete this email! Show your deep and completely platonic love for our Lord and Savior who died for good, clean, straight people like us! And if we fail and the movie is released, the Pope has called on all good Christians to destroy anything that refers to our Lord and Savior as a homosexual. All spiritually and morally minded people must ban together to wipe out the heresy! It's what Jesus would want!!

Behind the Legend

This motion picture, filmed in 1984 and now in post production after a lengthy delay caused by the circulation of this e-mail and various petitions, is finally scheduled for Christmas release this year. It is expected that religious groups will be up in arms, but the filmmakers say that they are not concerned. The reason is reports that many people who read this e-mail heeded its instruction to destroy anything that said Jesus was a homosexual and, seeing that the e-mail mentioned Jesus being gay, destroyed their own computers. Filmmakers contend that "people this stupid can't lodge a significant protest, and besides, all publicity is good publicity."
